DIRECTIONS

BROWNWOOD, TEXAS, IS 45 MILES SOUTH OF I-20 EXIT 332.  EXIT 332 IS APPROXIMATELY 110 MILES WEST OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. 

FROM West or East via I-20 -- Take US 183 South at Exit 332 (Cisco) and go 46 miles to Brownwood. Turn right onto US 67 / 377 / 84 at the traffic light. The Heartland Mall will be on your left. As soon as you make that turn, prepare to turn left. When you come to the Executive Inn and Mr. Gatti’s on the left, turn left (south) onto FM 2525 at the light.*

FROM Abilene, San Angelo and points west -- Stay on US 67 / 84 through main part of Brownwood. When you come to the Executive Inn and Mr. Gatti’s on your right, turn right (south) onto FM 2525 at the traffic light.*

FROM Fort Worth, Dallas, and points east or north east via US 377 / 67 -- As you pass Heartland Mall and Intersection of US 183 North, prepare to turn left. When you come to the Executive Inn and Mr. Gatti’s on the left, turn left (south) onto FM 2525 at the light.*

*FM 2525 / Co Rd 257 / Co Rd 258 -- NOTE: FM 2525 turns left at a "T" intersection about two blocks south of US 67 / 377 / 84. Turn left and continue South. FM 2525 becomes Co Rd 257 when you cross FM 2126. Cross the RR tracks and pass Co Roads 260 and 270 on the left.  Watch for a high game fence on your left.  When the game fence comes to a "T" intersection you are at Co Rd 258.  Turn left and keep the high game fence on your left.  You will be on Co Rd 258.   The road sign will be in the high grass on your left - not where you would normally see it.  Continue on Co Rd 258. Watch for gate on the right with sign reading, W.P. O’BRYAN, 10450 C.R. 258. Close and secure gate behind you. Follow the lane to the right.

FROM San Antonio, Austin, and points south -- Take US 183 out of Lampasas. At Zephyr, turn left one road after the cemetery onto Co Rd 261. There is a convenience store on the right at the intersection. Co Rd 261 goes to the left after you cross the RR tracks and soon turns to gravel. Follow it to the end at Co Rd 258. Turn left on Co Rd 258. The gate described above is two tenths of a mile on the right.   To avoid the gravel road, go north through Zephyr on US 183 to FM 2126, turn left on FM 2126, and left again on Co Rd 257.    Follow directions above for FM 2525 / Co Rd 257 / Co Rd 258. 

FROM Waco -- Take US 84 west through McGregor, Gatesville, Evant, and Goldthwaite.  Stay on US 84 / US 183 through Mullin to Zephyr.  Follow the above directions for At Zephyr.

FROM I-10 via Junction and Brady -- Take US 377 to Brownwood. Turn right (east) on FM 45. Go east three miles and then take FM 2126 east. (FM 45 turns south.) You may turn right (south) on Co Rd 267 or go farther and turn right (south) on Co Rd 257. Directions for Co Rd 257 / Co Rd 258 are above. If you take Co Rd 267, go south and turn left (east) on Co Rd 257. After the low water crossing, turn right (south) on Co Rd 258 and follow that to the event gate as described above.  Co Rd 258 is the first right after the low water crossing.  The road sign will be in the high grass to your right front.
